DateDate (the "service") is a free online scheduling tool that helps groups coordinate meeting dates, locations, and menus. Anyone can use it without creating an account.

2. Conditions of Use

  • The service is provided free of charge and can be used without sign-up.
  • Page IDs may only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens (-), and must be 2-20 characters long.
  • By using the service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

3. User Content

  • You are responsible for the content you enter, such as schedules, locations, and menus.
  • The service may use anonymized statistics for popularity trend analysis.
  • Inappropriate content (abusive language, hate speech, illegal information, etc.) may be removed without prior notice.

4. Data Retention

  • Schedule data is kept until you delete it.
  • You can delete schedules from your dashboard at any time.
  • If the service is discontinued, data may be deleted after prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Interfering with the normal operation of the service
  • Creating pages in bulk using automated tools
  • Posting content that infringes the rights of others
  • Abusing the service for commercial advertising
  • Threatening the security of the service

6. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of data.
  • We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
  • We are not liable for disputes between users that arise while coordinating schedules.
