Can I schedule by exact time slots (for example 14:00, 14:30)?

DateDate is optimized for date coordination, not 30-minute slot voting. If you need slot-level voting, list candidate times in the description and use the location or menu vote to let members pick a time (treat the menu as a list of time options).

Can people respond anonymously?

No. Each participant has to add or select a name before clicking dates. Names get auto-assigned colors, so the calendar always shows who is available when.

Our team is 11 people. How do we handle that?

An 11-person meeting is usually inefficient anyway. Pick the five or six decision-makers, schedule the core meeting with them, and brief the rest after. Trying to fit 11 calendars produces meetings that don't decide anything.

Someone took new PTO after we picked a meeting time. What now?

Reschedule only when one person's absence > everyone else clearing their calendar again. Most of the time it's better to run the meeting without that person and sync 1:1 afterward.

Can DateDate auto-create a calendar event?

Not yet. Once the time is decided here, create the event in Google or Outlook Calendar and invite the team. DateDate handles the coordination phase; calendar apps handle the invite phase.
